Madagascar Uniquely
This 21-day tour gives you another vision of Madagascar. Starting from the South towards the East, you first explore the forest of the giant baobabs in Ifaty, then the Zombitse National Park with its dancing sifaka lemurs and the Isalo National Park with its ruiniform massif and oases. Branching off the RN7 you reach the wet Ranomafana National Park with its bamboo lemurs, then take National Road 2 to discover chameleons and crocodiles and the humid forest of Analamazaotra sheltering the Indri Indri. By boat you reach Akanin'ny Nofy and the Aye Aye, then sail the Pangalanes channel to Toamasina, the largest port of Madagascar. The journey ends with a well-deserved relaxation on the paradisiacal island of Sainte Marie, where a whale safari can be organised in season.

This is one of our signature guided journeys in Madagascar. We've walked it many times — alone, with friends, with our own families — and we've shaped it into something we're genuinely proud of.
You'll be in a small group, led by a local guide who knows the trails, the families along the way, and the best place to stop for lunch. Nothing rushed. Nothing generic.
