This 14-day tour will make you discover some part of the North East of Madagascar. It will take you first to Sambava which is in the region of the clove producers, coffee and specifically vanilla. You will visit the hill of Ambohimanitra where you will discover a rich collection of vanilla varieties and its pollination process. Then you will move on to Antalaha for a visit of the manufacture of the "dhow" - the local boat - inherited from the ancient Arab traders. After that, you will continue to Marojejy National Park where you will discover the lower part of the primary rainforests. Various species of reptiles, amphibians, lemurs, and many species of birds will be spotted. To finish this expedition, you will fly to Antananarivo then explore the Andasibe rainforest in the eastern part where you will meet with the biggest lemurs on earth called “Indri indri”.
